EDWARD ROSENTHAL
His performing name was Edwardo. An active member of both the I. B. M. and S. A. M. for over 50 years, Ed retired from Boston to the Valley of the Sun in the 1970’s.
His library and rare apparatus collections were among the finest in the nation. In Boston he had learned success secrets from Herman Hanson and applied these to running several large international magic conventions in the East.
Ed applied this expertise to duplicating that feat here in the great Southwest on behalf of his beloved adopted Ring 55. In addition to running several large conventions in Phoenix, Ed mentored many aspiring magicians and behind the scenes he helped several professionals hone their acts.
Ed loved magic and magicians and his goal throughout his several terms as President of our Ring was to make Ring 55 “the greatest Ring in the world.”
