| A Message From Robert Dear IBM Ring 55 members, Hope you all are staying healthy and safe during these times, and welcome to the new email account for Ring 55. We will be sending out club updates, lecture information, etc. via this email (phxazibm55@gmail.com) moving forward. As a result, feel free to contact club leadership directly or through this email address. As you may know, I am no longer serving as President of Ring 55 but am still active and am now the Vice President. Your new IBM Ring 55 president is the capable CJ O’Hara. Doug Northway is our Treasurer, Jacob Lowery is our Secretary, and Jay Jennings is our Webmaster. As a quick reminder, we do still need dues and donations regularly to continue providing great lectures, resources, and events. Please let us know if you need want to renew your membership, and you will have a full year of membership from the day you pay your dues. Thank you for your membership and continued support of The International Brotherhood of Magicians Ring 55 the Bert Easley/Danny Dew Ring. Your current Vice President, Robert Ray 480-341-3590Upcoming Lectures Ring 55 will be sponsoring lectures with SAM Assembly #248 on the last Monday of each month. Right now we have several upcoming events that you should know of. Please note that all of our meetings and lectures currently use the same Zoom link/Meeting ID, so as long as you have that information saved, you’ll be able to join any virtual even the club puts on. Monday Sept 27th Steve Faulkner will be lecturing for us on Zoom. Social hour will begin at 6pm and the lecture will start at 7pm. This is hosted by Robert Ray, Joe Berman, Fred Cheek or CJ O’Hara. Real legends in our art like Curtis Kam and Earl Nelson regularly attend as well, and you’ll want to check that out as often as you can. It’s also great place to get your first zoom experience and troubleshoot any tech issues you may be experiencing with trying to log into the online meetings.
